CHRIS L. MILLER (Los Angeles, CA) was raised in Maryland where he began his formal dance training at DeVé's Christian School of Performing Arts under the direction of Natalie Williams. He continued his training in the Towson University Community Dance Program (TUCD) as a scholarship student. Chris trained with B.Funk Dance Company as a member of their Senior Dance Company. Mr.Miller attended summer intensives at the Dance Theatre of Harlem, Debbie Allen Dance Academy, & the Ailey School as a scholarship student. Mr. Miller graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance & Choreography with an Entrepreneurship minor.
Mr.Miller has worked with choreographers such as Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell, Darrell Grand Moultrie, Jawole Willa Jo Zollar, Debbie Allen, Anthony Burrell, LaVelle Smith Jr. and more. He was entitled as one of the Maryland All-State Dancer Awardees in 2017. Within education, Mr.Chris has been teaching hip hop/Afro-based dance for the past 3 years in the DMV region. He has taught in various public schools, summer programs, and at a juvenile detention center. Currently, Mr.Miller is a performing artist with touring show INVINCIBLE: A Glorious Tribute to Michael Jackson.
